1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing this website or requesting services, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use this website or services.
2. Services
We provide construction services including but not limited to:

Detached garage construction

Concrete pads, driveways, and stamped patios

Garage suites and structural builds
-
Related construction and site services
All work is subject to written contracts, availability, permits, and site inspection.
3. Quotes & Estimates

Quotes are valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise
-
Prices may change due to:
-
Material cost increases
-
Site conditions
-
Permit requirements
-
Design changes requested by client
-
Final pricing is confirmed in the signed agreement.
4. Payment Terms
Unless otherwise stated in writing:
-
50% deposit required before work begins
-
50% due upon 50% completion
-
Remaining balance due upon completion prior to handover
For large projects:
-
Payments are due in progress stages or quarterly milestones
Failure to make payment may result in:
-
Immediate suspension of work
-
Project delays
-
Termination of contract
-
Filing of a construction lien on the property
Client agrees the Builder has the right to pursue payment through legal means.
5. Construction Liens
If payment is not made as agreed, we reserve the right to:

File a lien against the property
-
Recover legal costs, interest, and collection fees
6. Site Access & Safety
For safety and insurance purposes:
-
Clients are not permitted on the active job site
-
Structures cannot be used until fully completed
-
This includes garages, suites, and concrete areas curing
Unauthorized entry is at client’s own risk and may void warranties.
7. Project Completion
Once construction begins:
-
Clients cannot stop the project midway without written agreement
-
Builder must be allowed to complete contracted work
8. Warranty
We provide a limited one (1) year workmanship warranty from completion date.
Covered:
-
Major structural defects caused by workmanship
-
Significant structural concrete cracking
Not Covered:
-
Hairline cracks or normal shrinkage
-
Weathering or discoloration
-
Freeze/thaw or salt damage
-
Soil movement beyond builder control
-
Misuse or alterations by owner
Concrete naturally expands and may crack; minor cracking is normal.

10. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for:

Indirect damages
